The Washington foundation helped fund the first addition to the education center in 2009 and named in honor of Phyllis Washington. The just completed 2nd phase construction was just completed with the help of a $10million gift from the foundation. The architectural photography was completed capturing the spirit of the project through the eyes of Oz Architects of Missoula Montana and the builder Swank enterprises.
